Mic Randle was a prime mover in the development of training programs to ensure the safe and responsible use of Personal Watercraft (PWC) in the UK.
With his business 'Waterwise' of Swansea, Randle actively supported the sport, the industry and was a true ambassador.
Following his tragic death in June 2003, his many friends felt his work should be remembered through an annual award to the individual or group who have made an outstanding contribution to the safe development of the sport.
